I was away from St Augustine during much of the time that would normally be required to make the purchase. Andrew arranged for a viewing (with the owner) on the day that I would be in St Augustine; he recommended surveyors and he arranged for the survey time also on the tight schedule that I had. All of the closing, etc. was done from a distance, primarily while I was in Panama. He went beyond normal expectations several times including arranging for a haul out and getting my boat to the haul out in order to do some maintenance after my purchase.
I felt that he was always acting fairly – for both the seller and for me. And he always responded quickly to any questions that I had.
