About
"Nova Star" is a shining example of the Lagoon 450 Flybridge, one of the most popular models that Lagoon ever built. It has a fantastic balance of size, layout, living space and comfort. Nova Star has a 4 cabin layout with a lot of recent upgrades. She represents a great value for a family cruising platform.
Nova Star was sailed across the Atlantic double handed by a husband and wife couple. All equipment is over built and all lines run to the enclosed helm to ensure safe offshore sailing. She proved her sailing qualities by crossing the Atlantic from Europe to the Caribbean in 14 days.
She has not suffered any cracking of bulkheads and has already had the Lagoon Warranty bulkhead modification completed. Several other areas of the boat were reinforced at that time as well.
The Lagoon 450F is designed to be user friendly and comfortable with many spaces for lounging or entertaining guests including the salon, cockpit, flybridge, foredeck seating area, trampolines and bow seats. The high bridge deck between the hulls reduces slamming under way and the hulls have ample freeboard creating interior volume that makes the accommodations extremely comfortable. The salon and cabins have an abundance of natural light and excellent ventilation.

Multihull Company did a great job with advertising and selling our boat. Also with the closing and documentation work. Highly recommend them and our broker, Dunbar Lewis.
Great service in buying my first boat, Chris and the team really helped by going the extra mile! I recommend them for anyone looking for a new or used boat.
My wife and I worked with Andrew Hodgdon to sell our 2021 FP Elba 45. In addition to skillfully carrying out the traditional yacht broker responsibilities, Andrew went above-and-beyond to ensure that we were well-positioned to sell in a competitive market. For example, Andrew helped out with much-appreciated repairs and hurricane prep, among other things. Trustworthy, intelligent, and conscientious, Andrew’s communications with us and the buyer were always thoughtful and forward-thinking, and fairly represented our interests.
Successful relationships cannot exist without it. At The Multihull Company we base every relationship on a firm commitment to earning and retaining our client’s trust.
