Valentine | 2021 Sunreef 60

Tortola, VG

About

The Sunreef 60 has been one of the most impactful catamaran models to hit the water in the last decade.  The 60 raised the bar on what a luxury semi-custom bluewater-capable catamaran should be.  Valentine is the best example currently available globally.  She has been professionally maintained since new with a full-time crew and has been used for a combination of private use and limited charter in the Bahamas and Virgin Islands.

Valentine is the highly desireable owner's layout, three en-suite guest staterooms, and crew accomodations for up to three.  This layout is ideally suited for either private ownership, or a crewed yacht charter program.

Some of her key features include:

  • Upgraded Volvo motors
  • Carbon fiber mast
  • Extensive sail inventory
  • Upgraded hydraulic platform
  • Generator
  • Air Conditioning
  • Watermarker

Each Sunreef is custom-built, and the original owner of Valentine tastefully appointed her to maximize the brightness and openness of her layout.

Manufacturer Provided Description

The Sunreef 60 is an all-around sailing leisure yacht ideal for exclusive getaways, charter and transoceanic adventures. This model boasts a combination of exterior and interior areas easily flowing into one another. A clever bridge deck and superstructure design allow for a superior level of comfort onboard whereas the generous teak use, high bulwarks and classy lines underscore her modern style with a classic edge.

With a completely fresh superstructure concept, the Sunreef 60 gains a saloon plan with an outstanding potential for customization. A vast, central lounging space with a panoramic view and endless layout possibilities, it opens both onto the bow terrace and cockpit.

The bow benefits from a cozy lounge, well shielded from sun and wind. To the aft, the saloon merges with the generous cockpit extended with a large aft platform. All the areas combined form a universal, open environment where flexibility and freedom reign.

While housing the main helm, the 36m² flybridge is definitely dedicated to leisure with more than enough space for movable furniture, a Jacuzzi, fully-equipped wet bar, a barbecue and large sunpads.

The hulls provide impressive volumes to set up a custom layout including airy, luxurious guest cabins and an opulent master suite with a walk-in dressing, desk, sofa, retractable TV and an immense bathroom. A perfect setting to unwind and relax after a long day in the sun.

We take pride in our happy customers

My wife and I worked with Andrew Hodgdon to sell our 2021 FP Elba 45. In addition to skillfully carrying out the traditional yacht broker responsibilities, Andrew went above-and-beyond to ensure that we were well-positioned to sell in a competitive market. For example, Andrew helped out with much-appreciated repairs and hurricane prep, among other things. Trustworthy, intelligent, and conscientious, Andrew’s communications with us and the buyer were always thoughtful and forward-thinking, and fairly represented our interests.

We really lucked out in connecting with The Multihull Company. We made a cold call to Cynthia Wummer, a Multihull Company broker and told her we wanted to buy a catamaran to cruise The Great Loop and experience the Bahamas. We particularly wanted a PDQ power catamaran. From our first contact she was so helpful and responsive. She immediately contacted a selling broker who represented a prospective seller. Because we are new to a bigger boat and boating on the ICW, Cynthia assisted us through the entire process. She is a captain which was an added bonus to the process; she knew all the right questions to ask the selling broker as well as the surveyor. She drove 3 hours to be present during the survey, she developed a good relationship with the selling broker, she called and checked in with us regularly, was very enthusiastic about our purchase, and answered all our questions. We could not have done it without her. The Multlihull Company support team, Andrew Holland and Courtney Greider, were so helpful in the closing process: the paperwork was easy to complete and communication was smooth and timely. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Multihull Company and Cynthia to anyone who is the market for a boat large or small. Thank you!!!!

Mike Streng did an excellent job of taking care of us and answering all our questions and concerns.
