Nina | 2004 Roger Hill 31

Humacao, PR

About

NINA is a Roger Hill 31’ power cat, built in New Zealand. She’s fast, comfortable, and stable on the water. Perfect for family cruising and weekend adventures, but also viable  for rapid passenger transport and day charters.

She’s powered by dual Mercury Verado 225hp with close to 800hrs and has a very efficient cruise speed of 24-30 kts (@18-20 gph) with a top speed of 38 kts WOT. Super strong & lightweight build, constructed of epoxy-laminated corecell, she rides as a fast planing hull. She comfortably sits up to 10 people plus the captain, across the cockpit benches and pilothouse/salon seating.

Enjoy the convenience of a convertible, air-conditioned cabin cruiser, powered by a fully-networked Victron inverter, 7 solar panels across the hardtop, and 10.2kWH of lithium batteries. Sleep all night in the comfort of a/c and charge back up during the day.

Dash was recently overhauled with brand new dual Simrad MFD, Fixed VHF, Fusion stereo, JBL amp & speakers, redundant battery monitors, and a wireless phone charger.

Enjoy a proper helm station with a clear view forward as you navigate. Open the electric hatch at the touch of a button and let the ocean breeze in or close-up the hatch & rear polycarbonate enclosures to run in a protected, air-conditioned pilothouse for all-weather cruising.

She sleeps 4-6 adults total, spread across the main forward stateroom with queen-size bed, a full-size berth below the salon settee, and an adjustable height salon table that lowers to create yet another sleeping area.

Amenities include 2 refrigerator/freezers, LPG "instant-on" hot water, and LPG stovetop cooking in a small but functional galley with 2 extra drawers of easy storage. On the port side forward, you’ll also find a wet head with electric toilet, holding tank, hot/cold shower, and wash basin.

Also included with the vessel is a 9.5ft Takacat, powered by an ePropulsion engine, which can ride atop the swim platform railing and deploy with ease once you reach your destination.

We take pride in our happy customers

My wife and I worked with Andrew Hodgdon to sell our 2021 FP Elba 45. In addition to skillfully carrying out the traditional yacht broker responsibilities, Andrew went above-and-beyond to ensure that we were well-positioned to sell in a competitive market. For example, Andrew helped out with much-appreciated repairs and hurricane prep, among other things. Trustworthy, intelligent, and conscientious, Andrew’s communications with us and the buyer were always thoughtful and forward-thinking, and fairly represented our interests.

We really lucked out in connecting with The Multihull Company. We made a cold call to Cynthia Wummer, a Multihull Company broker and told her we wanted to buy a catamaran to cruise The Great Loop and experience the Bahamas. We particularly wanted a PDQ power catamaran. From our first contact she was so helpful and responsive. She immediately contacted a selling broker who represented a prospective seller. Because we are new to a bigger boat and boating on the ICW, Cynthia assisted us through the entire process. She is a captain which was an added bonus to the process; she knew all the right questions to ask the selling broker as well as the surveyor. She drove 3 hours to be present during the survey, she developed a good relationship with the selling broker, she called and checked in with us regularly, was very enthusiastic about our purchase, and answered all our questions. We could not have done it without her. The Multlihull Company support team, Andrew Holland and Courtney Greider, were so helpful in the closing process: the paperwork was easy to complete and communication was smooth and timely. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Multihull Company and Cynthia to anyone who is the market for a boat large or small. Thank you!!!!
