About

2009 Leopard 46 "Vive Libre"

4 cabin model, ex Moorings charter in Marsh Harbor from 2009 - 2013

Owned by a well known fly-fisherman / businessman who kept it in the Abacos after purchase.

In 2017 "Vive Libre" was stored on the hard & tied down,  when Dorian ravaged the northern Bahamas. The yacht lost her rig and had some minor damage on deck.

From 2018  onwards a fairly complete refit was undertaken: new rig, new running rigging / standing rigging, new furler, new sails, new engines 57HP Yanmar, new SD 60 sail drives, Spectra water-maker, new upholstery, new Raymarine electronics, the 6 pax life raft is certified and much much more.

The yacht's current owner does not like air conditioning and as he only used the boat in the winter season, he had it removed and did not replace. Ducting, through hulls and controllers are still in place,  but the original a/c units and pumps were removed.

In order to present this yacht in current condition so that every prospect / interested party can assess the condition, we had Jonathan Sands do a complete survey, which is available upon request.

We also have quotes available for installation of air conditioning.

There is a flats boat with Yamaha 25HP outboard engine which is not part of the sale, it is valued at $14k and can be purchased separately for $10k

All pictures were made in April 2025 and reflect the condition of the yacht. No sistership shots.

Chuck was amazing throughout the entire process. Not sure how we could have navigated this without him and the Multihull team!

It gets no better than The Multihull Company. I’ve watched their great videos for years. When it was time to sell my catamaran, there were no other brokerages in consideration. THEY ARE THE CATAMARAN MARKET LEADERS!! Captain Will Miller has taken the company to the top level. They had an interested buyer prior to my listing going live. I was under contract the first week. The Multihull Company is an impressive organization.

— Roger Davis

Was a pleasure working with Andrew Hodgdon as buyers agent for our recent multihull purchase. Very knowledgeable of this space and for sure my first call buying or selling a yacht.
