Manufacturer Provided Description

A WAKING DREAM

Quench your thirst for open waters, your desire to explore new parts of the world and to walk across the secret beaches of the most beautiful islands. Step aboard a catamaran where reliability and well-being are the watchwords. Your cruise begins here.

DELIGHTFULLY SPACIOUS

On board the 46, luxury is not just an impression. Luxury is space, the result of enlightened design that pushes back cruisings boundaries. Designed in the spirit of the new Lagoon generation, this 46-footer forms a natural bridge between land and sea.

A SOPHISTICATED DESIGN

The sculptured modeling made by the flowing lines offers generous volumes and increases the stiffness. On board the 46, design and function are one.

CENTRED RIGGING: SIMPLY GREAT!

As on all of our new-generation catamarans, the 46s centred rigging comes directly from VPLP designs research and its more than 30 years experience at the peak of multihull ocean racing.

Better performance:

  • Bringing the mast further aft reduces the length of the boom, increases the mainsail aspect ratio and thus its efficiency.
  • The foretriangle incorporates a jib for sailing to windward as well as several downwind sails.
  • Centering the masses limits pitching and eases the boats motion.

Easier:

  • The reduced size of the boom facilitates handling.
  • The large jib sail is self-tacking, so there is no need to touch anything when taking!

EXPANSIVE HORIZONS

Perfectly integrated into the deck line, the cockpit affords an exceptional view of the horizon. The flybridge of the Lagoon 46 offers two functionalities in one space, with transformable sundecks and a full helm station: the perfect balance of comfort and ergonomic design for easy handling

EXTENSIVE VIEWS

Perfectly tailored to the deck line, the forward cockpit offers another view of the horizon.

The sun pads are equipped with adjustable backrests and accompanied by a low table to enjoy this space under all

circumstances. The 46s flybridge is one space and two functions with modular sun pads and helm station: the perfect balance between comfort and maneuver.

THE SEA WITHIN REACH

Easy! Just two steps from the cockpit to the sea. The one level cockpit provides easy and amazing wide access to the sea.

LIFE ON THE TERRACE

With a generous storage capacity, sliding bench seating, and an exterior galley the cockpit of the Lagoon 46 is a truly inviting modular living space, able to accommodate up to twelve people. In this shared living area, each person will find the perfect spot for creating treasured summer memories.

AFT POSITION OF THE COCKPIT BENCH. TERRACE LIFESTYLE

Created to accommodate up to twelve guests, the cockpit of the 46 has been designed as a true living space. The sliding bench and the large storage spaces are a must, as the exterior galley is.

THE EXTRA STEP TO THE PERFECT LIVEABOARD

The exterior lines reveal an unparalleled interior volume for a 46 feet catamaran. The confort onboard and the selection of materials embark the crew in a sophisticated world. 40m/430 sq.ft OF LIVING SPACE IN THE HULLS The impressive owners suite is complemented by bright and airy guest cabins. The 46 is also innovative with the size of her outstanding forward cabins, identical as the aft cabins.

LIGHT, VENTILATION, PREMIUM MATERIALS

The 360 views, the sliding sash window and ease of movement between the interior and the exterior on a single level enhance the feeling of comfort. The elegant standard equipment is complemented by high-grade materials: a fineness touch for a refined interior. The boundary between life at sea and life on land is becoming increasingly blurred. New behaviors and standards of comfort are leading many to envision a new and unique style of living, both at home and at sea.

FULL COMFORT

The Lagoon 46 conceals an unparalleled interior volume for a catamaran in this category. Comfortable furnishings and fine materials welcome guests in a refined atmosphere, while maintaining the practicality and functionality of each living space on board.

THE ART OF COMFORT

Our catamarans are created for family life aboard and are designed for long cruises in superb comfort. Practical in layout and displaying elegance in every single detail, everything we do is geared towards a safe, comfortable, and convivial experience at sea.

AVANT-GARDE DESIGN

Daring has been in our genes since the shipyards founding: we think, and we do things differently. Performance is measured against the test of time and our catamarans are known as much for their longevity and reliability as they are for the pleasure, they bring to the sailing experience.

FRENCH SAVOIR FAIRE

We take pride in our happy customers

My wife and I worked with Andrew Hodgdon to sell our 2021 FP Elba 45. In addition to skillfully carrying out the traditional yacht broker responsibilities, Andrew went above-and-beyond to ensure that we were well-positioned to sell in a competitive market. For example, Andrew helped out with much-appreciated repairs and hurricane prep, among other things. Trustworthy, intelligent, and conscientious, Andrew’s communications with us and the buyer were always thoughtful and forward-thinking, and fairly represented our interests.

We really lucked out in connecting with The Multihull Company. We made a cold call to Cynthia Wummer, a Multihull Company broker and told her we wanted to buy a catamaran to cruise The Great Loop and experience the Bahamas. We particularly wanted a PDQ power catamaran. From our first contact she was so helpful and responsive. She immediately contacted a selling broker who represented a prospective seller. Because we are new to a bigger boat and boating on the ICW, Cynthia assisted us through the entire process. She is a captain which was an added bonus to the process; she knew all the right questions to ask the selling broker as well as the surveyor. She drove 3 hours to be present during the survey, she developed a good relationship with the selling broker, she called and checked in with us regularly, was very enthusiastic about our purchase, and answered all our questions. We could not have done it without her. The Multlihull Company support team, Andrew Holland and Courtney Greider, were so helpful in the closing process: the paperwork was easy to complete and communication was smooth and timely. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Multihull Company and Cynthia to anyone who is the market for a boat large or small. Thank you!!!!

    — Katherine Schmidt

Mike Streng did an excellent job of taking care of us and answering all our questions and concerns.

Multihull Company has succeeded again. This is my second time using their services and they are extremely professional and honest. Working with their brokers and their administrative team was easy. Communication occurred at every level and constructive advise was always given. They know this business inside and out and acted as my fiduciary in every way. I will use them again for their service and knowledge.

    — Victor Plavner

Great to deal with and very patient in our questions. They were able to find us the perfect vessel for our needs.
