AQUA TERRA: The ultimate exploration catamaran

This ready-to-sail aluminum catamaran is an exceptional opportunity for blue-water cruising enthusiasts. Crafted with meticulous care by Garcia Yachtsrenowned for the outstanding quality of their aluminum hulls and accommodationsit strikes the perfect balance between performance and comfort.

Built to meet its owners exacting standards, AQUA TERRA embodies uncompromising quality. An experienced nautical professional was commissioned to refine project specifications and provide detailed oversight at every stage of the build. Every detail has been carefully considered to meet the demands of the most ambitious expeditions.

Since its launch in spring 2023, the boat has been entrusted to full-time professional crews, ensuring its pristine condition. The shakedown cruise took place in April 2023. Over the past 18 months, a series of voyages between the Mediterranean and the Caribbeanincluding three Atlantic crossingshas allowed the owner, along with the builder and subcontractors, to fine-tune every aspect of the vessel. Today, AQUA TERRA is in impeccable condition.

The owners are passionate about sports and frequently plan cruising activities such as kite surfing, kayaking, diving, and hiking in remote locations.

AQUA TERRAs sturdy commercial-grade construction and equipment allows the crew to consistently meet the owners rigorous cruising schedule, ensuring timely arrivals.

New owners commitments will prevent them from dedicating enough time to the use of AQUA TERRRA. They have therefore decided to sell the boat.

Garcia Yard Presentation

This Garcia Explocat 52 features an impressive array of equipment and amenities. Whether you dream of family cruises in the Caribbean or high-performance, comfortable circumnavigation at any latitude, AQUA TERRA is fully prepared to deliver.

To reconcile what might seem contradictory, to bring together what seemed incompatible, it took all the experience of Garcia Yachts, the know-how of its teams, the intelligence of our partners, architect and designer, to propose a new way to explore the world: the Explocat 52.

Twin aluminium hulls with shallow draft, built to withstand all the hazards of the most magical long-distance voyages, with bows that can brave all storms, in complete serenity, the Explocat 52 is perfectly in line with the historical Garcia lineage.

Manageable by a crew of two, who are always well protected thanks to the intelligence of its unique design, its generous sail area and controlled weight make the miles scroll by like never before, in first-class comfort.

A subtle blend of proven solutions and innovations that offer you a truly unique sailing experience. This is so true that the British sailor Pete Goss describes this unit as the ideal machine for anyone looking to stretch navigational boundaries. Design innovations include a forward cockpit accessible through a door at the front of salon, pivoting helm allowing "outside/inside" positions as a function of weather...

We take pride in our happy customers

The multihull company has been great to work with. They were very helpful in every stage of our purchase from instill showings to purchase. Karl Reed, Andrew Hodgon and Andrew Holland were great sources of information and helped us find our dream Catamaran. Thank you Multihull!

— Ryan Thompson

Sold my L42 here with the excellent help and support of TMCs Croatia sales manager “Zee”. Despite my boat docked on the dry in Montenegro, in winter and in a challenging market, TMC and Zee managed to get her sold, managing the entire process from taking pictures and video’s, putting her out there on the web, prepping her and managing all for inspections….down to the final hand-over documents and managing the escrow payments when all boxes were ticked! Very professional, very helpful (Zee went above and beyond to make sure he delivers excellent service), responsive and successful. Thanks TMC!

— Era Sailing

Excellent experience dealing with TMC! Anyone buying a boat I would recommend going thru them. Chuck was super friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond helping us thru the process.

— Blue Compass Private Charters

We purchased our lagoon 410 through the multihull company, Andrew Hodgdon was the listing’s broker. From the start till the end of the process he was upfront honest and accommodating. Our situation was unique and required a bit more leg work. Andrew was always easy to get a hold of and willing to help. It was a pleasure working with a highly knowledgeable broker that values integrity. I highly recommend him.

— mj Sizemore

My experience with Andrew Hodgdon was entirely positive during the selling process of our used catamaran.
He followed up at every stage, organized successful showings, and explained in detail the closing process.
I am happy to give a 10 out of 10 review.
