• Lloyds approved 19mm Balsa Core used in sandwich construction vacuum bagged onto the glass layer
• Chop strand mat 300g per square meter and stitched mat 640g per square meter approved by Lloyds SABS and ISO 9002
• 5 coats of International water proofing epoxy is applied over gelcoat below the waterline to add to the prevention of osmosis
• International Antifoul is applied over this barrier
• Deck specification are the same as the hulls and bridge deck
