About

Message from the seller: GodSpeed, as our home for three years, has reliably carried us as far as the exotic Îles-de-la-Madeleine in the Canadian Maritimes to the lush warmth of the Caribbean. Along the watery way through various hues of blue, we have intimately looked into the profound eyes of humpbacks, worshipped with proud native peoples, swam with majestic eagle rays, broke bread with new friends, and slept under the brilliant Milky Way as dolphins played just under our bed.  GodSpeed has been a blessing for us.  We hope she can do the same for a new family.”

GodSpeed, with her expanded Solar array and Lithium battery bank, was designed to cruise sustainably, which is good for the environment, your pocketbook, and for extended remote cruising.  With an abundance of solar power, you can cook without propane (though propane system is also included), power your dinghy excursions in your quiet electrically propelled OC Tender, make fresh water, wash your clothes in the onboard washing machine, watch a movie on the large screen, and sleep in the comfort of air conditioning.  All this without the need to run a noisy, expensive generator.  But if you experience a few cloudy days, you always have peace of mind that your diesel engine is equipped with a 130-amp secondary alternator to help recharge your battery bank.  - Noel & Karen Sweezy

Builder Statement - The 1260 amplifies the performance of the smaller Seawind models with increased living space and a very luxurious feel. This model was built by Richard Ward as his perfect cruising catamaran! Luxury-world standard yacht of this type and size, and only the highest of quality equipment/materials is used throughout. Indoor/Outdoor Lifestyle -Increased living space in the saloon and cockpit with many upgraded finishes are included as a standard.  When the tri-fold cockpit doors are fully open to combine the saloon and cockpit, this feature offers over 139 square feet of open living space.  The tri-fold cockpit doors fold open into the Targa walkway, then fold away and stow up in the ceiling of the cockpit roof.  Hidden freshwater sink and BBQ in the cockpit.  Modular Seating Expands Possibilities -An additional settee in the saloon allows for up to 8 people to be seated inside. Enhanced back transom seating (L-shaped settee with table) and additional modular settees/storage lockers that stow below the helm seat in the cockpit allows for a lot of flexibility in the layout, allowing 8 additional people seated here as well. The helm seating position can face forward or aft. An additional lounge area forward on the deck adds to your cruising pleasure!  Built-In Fiberglass, Integrated Storage - Drawers and shelves in the cabinets are integrated and built in.  They are made of fiberglass adding to the rigidity and stiffness of the boat.  This reduces flexing and gives you a stronger & faster boat.  The furniture superstructure comes from the molding.  This adds to the theme of making everything stiff & light.

We take pride in our happy customers

Sold my L42 here with the excellent help and support of TMCs Croatia sales manager “Zee”. Despite my boat docked on the dry in Montenegro, in winter and in a challenging market, TMC and Zee managed to get her sold, managing the entire process from taking pictures and video’s, putting her out there on the web, prepping her and managing all for inspections….down to the final hand-over documents and managing the escrow payments when all boxes were ticked! Very professional, very helpful (Zee went above and beyond to make sure he delivers excellent service), responsive and successful. Thanks TMC!

— Era Sailing

Excellent experience dealing with TMC! Anyone buying a boat I would recommend going thru them. Chuck was super friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond helping us thru the process.

— Blue Compass Private Charters

We purchased our lagoon 410 through the multihull company, Andrew Hodgdon was the listing’s broker. From the start till the end of the process he was upfront honest and accommodating. Our situation was unique and required a bit more leg work. Andrew was always easy to get a hold of and willing to help. It was a pleasure working with a highly knowledgeable broker that values integrity. I highly recommend him.

— mj Sizemore

My experience with Andrew Hodgdon was entirely positive during the selling process of our used catamaran.
He followed up at every stage, organized successful showings, and explained in detail the closing process.
I am happy to give a 10 out of 10 review.

— Jim Garner

We purchased our Balance 442 through TMC, Andrew Hodgdon in the St Augustine office, and the experience was excellent. We had a couple last minute issues like incorrect hull ID on docs, and they quickly ran point to get this all taken care of to help us close on time. It was all especially impressive given that most of this was happening during the end of year holidays. Good team, good follow up. Recommended.
