About

Rare find as the opportunity to own a completely refitted classic cat. At a price she is offered, she is a steal!

Carefully refitted by a meticulous owner during 2018. Nearly every inch of this catamaran has been touched in some way or another. In the period she was built, Jeantot Privilege Marine offered luxury catamarans that were without equal, and even to this day these classic boats still attract a dedicated following thanks to their sturdy construction and spacious accommodation. The Jeantot brand attracted owners as high profile as Americas Cup winner Dennis Connor during their day.

Phillipe Jeantot, the creator of the Vendee Globe Race, was the founder of Privilege Marine. Although an accomplished racer, when it came time for him to design a catamaran for his personal and family use he opted instead for comfort, stability and safety. It’s a design philosophy that has served the brand well to this very day, even as the company has gone through various owners.

Owners Comments

“I removed the old 8kw generator, big freezer and unnecessary items from the boat to keep it light which can be seen by the waterline. The boat is fully refurbished and refitted! Designed one hull for guests, the other one for the owner's private use. Over the "lockdown“ we sailed from the canaries down to Mindelo, Cape Verde. Stayed there 40 days on anchor and sailed back to The Canary Islands. Even on cloudy days I've never needed the generator. As a backup there is a Honda 2kw. The boat is very strong, safe and quite fast and can be easily single-handed. Through personal circumstances the boat is for sale.”

I just purchased my first large boat (my dreamboat) and Michael Streng and the rest of TMC was amazing! I really felt like I was a VIP customer because they were fast and easy to communicate with and worked ahead of me. It really was a treat and I would use them again any day!

Andrew Hodgdon and The Multihull Company have done an extraordinary job facilitating the sale of our catamaran. There were a couple of challenges (geography and timing) that made this sale a little tricky, but, as usual, Andrew was amazing. I’ve been buying and selling cruising boats for over 12 years and Andrew is, without a doubt, the best broker I’ve worked with.

— Mort Orlov

Andrew Hodgdon at TMC-St. Augustine kept us thoroughly informed during the sale of our boat and took the extra steps necessary to complete the deal. His knowledge of the process made a complex deal very easy. Needless to say, we are extremely happy and satisfied with the job that Andrew did.

— David Baxter

A shout out to Andrew Holland at the TMC main office, who handled the closing transaction of the sale of our boat. Very professional and thorough. Thank you!!
