About This Boat

The seller is motivated and the price has recently been reduced.

The boat was put away well before Hurricane Florence and survived with no damage!

2002 Beneteau First 36.7

"Winds Of Freedom" is a very clean example of Beneteau's popular one design class. The First 36.7 was designed by Farr Yacht Design to be both comfortable and fast, with a sleek profile and sleeping accommodations for up to 8 people.  The 3 cabin layout affords much more room than you would expect on a 36ft boat while still allowing for a respectable galley and very nice navigation station.

The boat is Hull No. 3 and was one of the last in the class that were built in France.  The early French built boats have a nicer fit and finish than the newer boats built in the US.  This means that the interior and fittings are actually nicer than on the newer boats!

"Winds Of Freedom" is equipped with an impressive inventory of sails for both racing and cruising. Her current owner has been very particular about maintenance and upkeep, which shows when viewing the boat.  This boat is an incredible value for a buyer looking to sail fast without breaking the bank.
