Farrier F-9AX - “High Tales ”

This is not your usual trimaran. This is a professionally built, Ian Farrier designed, custom performance cruiser. She has sailed Humboldt Bay, Puget Sound, Lake Tahoe, The Gulf Coast, Straights of Georgia, Lakes of Texas, Channel Islands, and San Francisco Bay. Her owner is contemplating spending his 80th birthday ashore this year, and is reluctantly selling the boat.

High Tales is completely setup for performance cruising. She is the F-9AX version with 18" of additional beam. Her roomy interior (fabricated from Nomex) is comfortable and functional for extended cruising. Her direct driven folding Max prop and inboard diesel provide economical power equal to conditions too demanding for stern mounted outboards. The owner can raise and lower the mast BY HIMSELF using the custom mast raising system integrated into the recently reconditioned trailer. The list of thoughtful customizations goes on and on.

The person who steps into this boat will be walking into a great opportunity. High Tales is a well loved, well cared for, well thought out boat just itching to take you places in speed, safety, and comfort. Her owner says it all, "The boat has done everything I've ever wanted it to do. It's been everything I ever wanted."
