Capable of beating off a lee shore in storm force conditions, or running before a storm at well over 12 knots, the Dolphin not only offers shorter, more comfortable passages, but safer ones. You simply cannot find a safer or better built catamaran than the Dolphin.

The Dolphin 600 has a bulkhead steering station that offers 360 degree visibility when navigating in tight quarters, and enables the skipper to see all four corners of the boat while docking. While navigating from the inside of the boat, with a remote autopilot, the seating is designed so that the skipper can comfortably sit and look outside the boat in every direction. It can be raining and raging outside, but the Dolphin can be piloted in total comfort from the main salon.

Any careful inspection of the Dolphin reveals first-rate lamination, joinery, and high grade fittings. During the summer of 2004, a Dolphin was delivered from Brazil to Annapolis, navigating safely around both hurricane Ivan and hurricane Jeanne. The crew was so confident in the boat that they left the Turks and Caicos the day before Jeanne made landfall in Florida. They sailed the back-side circulation of Jeanne North to Annapolis. It took them 6 days to sail from the Southern Turks all the way to Annapolis harbor!
