The TRT 1200 GT and TRT 1200 CR are two fast cruising catamarans. The 1200 GT features a huge open cockpit with all accommodation in the voluminous hulls. The 1200 CR features a streamlined bridgedeck cabin with seating for 6-8 around the dining table, as well as a navigation station.

This Seawind 1200 was shown at the Newport Boat show in 2003. It has a very impressive interior. The boat was designed by renowned Australian Tony Grainger, who is famous for fine sailing luxury cats. This boat is very fast and perfectly set up for a couple or small family to sail around the world, or around the coastal islands nearby. It is a boat that is fun to sail, and has been set up with serious headsails, both a screecher, and an asymmetrical spinnaker to accommodate that.

This is a vintage pacific catamaran with a surprisingly contemporary look and in fine shape. She's a bit of a mystery too. Some of her features remind me of Wharram. Som of her styling seem to have been influenced by Choy. Her true origins are lost in Pacific mist - her designer unknown. But the design has proven out across many sea miles. She was launched in the 1973 and made her way from Los Angeles throughout Mexico then North to Alaska before ending up in Port Townsend.
