Privilege 435 - “TANGO ”

Privilege 435 - “TANGO ”

Privilege catamarans have always been desirable because of their sound construction, blue water performance and extensive use of interior wood and top quality joinery. The warm and luxurious feeling of quality wood paneling and fine cabinetry separate Privilege Catamarans from the rest of the field. TANGO is a Privilege 435 model year 2000 (manufactured 1999), Owner's Version, "Galley-Up" design with spacious main salon, 4 cabins, 2 bathrooms and extensive storage space. The beech wood furnishings enhance the light and spacious interior. The large molded windows provide panoramic views. As an Owner's Version, the standard two additional bathrooms forward were eliminated in favor of additional closet and storage space. TANGO has had two owners and has never been chartered. The original owner commissioned her in December 1999 and paid the VAT in France.

  • TANGO has a "Galley-Up" configuration with a light spacious main salon,  4 private cabins, 2 bathrooms and generous storage space throughout.  The modern "Galley-Up" design is desirable as it better integrates the galley into all aspects of every day activity and is especially convenient for entertaining.  In the main salon, the navigation station and U-shaped galley are to port with the C-shaped couch, 2 fixed bar stools and round dining table to starboard.  Throughout there is extensive use of varnished light beech wood in quality cabinetry and paneling, fabric covered bulkheads and a white ostrich vinyl headliner.  The 2 bow cabins have queen sized berths, hanging closets with shelves, and storage in cabinets and drawers.  Also, there is a hanging bookcase, a fan, two reading lights, 2 opening deck hatches, 1 opening port hole and a 220V outlet.  The 2 aft cabins have queen sized berths ,
a hanging closet , shelves , two reading lights , a fan , 1 opening deck hatch , and 1 opening porthole. The port hallway has a long varnished desk with swing-out cushioned seat , electrical outlets , 1 refrigerator , 1 freezer , 4 cabinets , 1 deck opening hatch , 1 porthole , and a bathroom.  Both bathrooms have a Jabsco marine toilet, washbowl with a handheld shower attachment, an under sink cabinet, a hanging cabinet, 1 deck opening hatch and 1 opening porthole.  The starboard hallway has extensive beech wood cabinetry, a shelf with cabinets below, a hanging closet with a cabinet above, the house battery bank  below a floor panel, 1 opening deck hatch, 1 opening porthole and a bathroom.  There is considerable storage space below the floor panels in both port and starboard hulls.  The areas provided by the two large trampolines represent another advantage unique to catamarans.  These trampolines are strong, durable, comfortable and provide an ideal location for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of any anchorage.  When the custom made Sunbrella awning is in place over the port trampoline, this becomes a very functional and desirable area.  (Please refer to the last photo in the photo gallery for layout of the boat)
