Lagoon 440 - “Forcynthia ”

Lagoon 440 - “Forcynthia ”

OWNER HAS REDUCED THE PRICE OF THIS LAGOON 440 OWNERS VERSION BY $30,000 AND SHE IS NOW ONE OF THE BEST VALUES ON THE MARKET! DO NOT WAIT ON THIS DEAL!

Forcynthia is an Owner's Version that has the upgraded Yanmar 75 HP Turbos, two large layers of 8 solar panels, and a brand new 8 KW Northern Lights Generator with under 50 hours. She also has throttles and a joy stick at her interior NAV station. Her interior woodwork and condition are excellent and her hulls are straight and true. She is a privately owned yacht and has been treated as such, with care and attention.

She has also just undergone a fresh round of upgrades including new brightwork, new pulpit seats, new cockpit refrigerator, new batteries, upgraded electrical work and upgrade heads including mirrors and faucets, and two out of three heads converted to freshwater electric.

In February 2013, the Owner completed additional (elective) re-fits:

Bottom re-sanded and painted
Update sail drive seals
Replace thru hulls
Replace greywater hoses and valves
These are just some of the many enhancements made by the Owner. Please see her full specifications listing to learn all about her options and upgrades.

Forcynthia is outfitted with three (3) queen sized cabins, 2 of which are situated port side with corresponding en suite head and shower. The owner's suite in the starboard hull is outfitted with a queen size island bed, a sofa for three, a desk and a head with a separate shower enclosure.

All cabins have adequate locker storage and bookshelf space. The saloon on the bridge deck adjoining these 2 hulls is an open floor area with a 360 degree panoramic view, that includes a U-shaped settee sitting eight people comfortably, a full galley to starboard with a sliding window opening to the aft cockpit. The navigation station which is on the starboard side of the saloon is outfitted with an autopilot control wheel rudder tiller, inclusive of navigation instruments and engine controls enabling the captain to navigate his vessel in the comfort and luxury of the saloon protected from the elements. She has been outfitted with a new trampoline and a generator which has under 50 hours. She holds a total of 170 gallons of fuel and a total of 240 gallons of water. The raised steering station offers unmatched 360 degree visibility. All sheets and halyards are led back to the helm station which allows a reduced crew to easily maneuver the Lagoon 440.

Next, the Seller is planning to upgrade sails.

FORCYNTHIA is a super boat. She has all of the handling and comforts of the Jenneau designs and will be ideal for private chartering or long-distance cruising.
