The boat was surveyed by Germanisher Lloyd representative and declared fit for unlimited navigation. Do I really need to mention that the boat is turn-key ready?

The boat is an EU flagged (Slovenia), has VAT paid status, was ordered in March 2007, delivered in May 2008 and is in excellent condition. She will be hauled on dry in April 2017 as a part of regular maintenance and then you could have a better look at her. Never touched bottom, never crashed or otherwise damaged the boat, except couple of gelcoat scratches, (but not many). Polished every two years from top to bottom, sails taken down every winter, serviced and stored etc.

She is partly equipped for person with disabilities, everything you would need for safe sailing is fully electric (winches and boom electric controls – can be used as a crane) and has two internal lifts. Both lifts can be removed easily, if necessary. In addition, sturdy wide gangway (abt. 90cm) will provide pleasant and safe embarkation onboard. USODA has a very practical aft platform in teak, suitable either for sunbathing, cleaning stuff and storing watertoys for short passages. It comes very handy while mooring too, since it makes going from starboard to port stern fast and easy.

A boom derrick operated by two electric winches for hoisting the dinghy on the platform or disembarking anything on shore when alongside, capable of lifting 250 kg. The boat weights 19,5 to 20 tons when on the lift, with ¼ of fluids, so it really sails very well. Lagoon 570 was one of the best Lagoon's ever built, all balsa sandwich, generous sail area, very light and comparable in weight with today's best cats. It took 11 months to build a Lagoon 570, that's why they became simply too expensive….

The boat is very energy efficient – from April until September ( in the Med) there is no need to run te generator to charge the batteries – solars and occasional motoring are quite enough to charge an over 1.000 AH gel battery bank.

This boat was never sailed without the owner on board and was never left alone for more than a month. Even during the winter the owner regularly sleeps and lives on the boats over weekends, so the inside equipment and deck gear are always in action and of course regularly serviced and maintained.
