"LILIANA" has been well maintained and never chartered. Probably the most spacious cat for her size, with an excellent turn of speed, she is designed to be sailed single-handed with all lines leading to a powerful electric winch, including the main halyard. She is self sufficient with regard to power with no need for expensive marina fees. She is comprehensively kitted out for extensive cruising. Her current owners having been living aboard her full time “on the hook” due to her ability to be completely self sufficient. She is a very comfortable live-aboard with space comparable to anything in the 40 ft range and larger without compromising sailing ability. She is the perfect boat for living aboard while sailing the Bahamas and Caribbean.

She had a complete refit in the summer of 2016 including giving her brand new standing rigging, a new anchor with bridle and chain, installing new salon windows, updating the electrical systems, installing electric heads and replacing all plumbing hoses, replacing all thru hulls, adding shelving and storage space, updating all faucets and pumps, installing new navigation lights, updating all of the interior lighting to LED, giving her a brand new dinghy, and much more.

She was built in South Africa and purchased from her original owner in 2001, who sailed her from Capetown to Trinidad in 2004. Her second owners purchased her in 2005, in Trinidad, and sailed her extensively in the Caribbean and the Bahamas for 10 years living on her full time for six months out of each year. Her current owners bought her in 2016 in Fort Pierce, FL, having her imported into the States during the sale. They have sailed her up and down Florida’s coast and in the Bahamas living aboard her full time. Current owners are selling her due to unforeseen medical circumstances.
