Custom Trimaran - “Lady Hawk ”

"One of the most beautiful multihulls ever built," is a comment heard frequently from knowledgeable sailors everywhere "Ladyhawke" travels. With her elegant and graceful lines, varnished brightwork, and imposing profile, this one-of-a kind, custom yacht makes everyone who sees her, smile.

Featuring a long bowsprit, graceful sheer, sugar-scoop transom and a unique covered veranda dining area aft, the yacht is pleasing and awesome from all angles. Two large trampoline nets between the bows invite your guests to stretch out and watch the water go rushing underneath. Vast, uncluttered decks provide ample room for sunbathing and an awning covers the mid- deck. A large cockpit with helm station provides a sheltered, comfortable area to drive the yacht. Swim-steps off the transom ensure easy access from the water.

Professionally built over a three-year period in Pompano Beach, Florida in the mid-1980s, no expense was spared to make her strong, seaworthy and distinctive. She has been continuously maintained, with a number of additions over the years and she has undergone an extensive re-fit over the past eighteen months. She was hauled out in June of 2005 for new bottom paint etc.

Her almost 2 to 1 length to beam ratio provides a stable, non-heeling platform, and she sails and motors very well for such a heavy, large craft. Fore and aft hydraulic bow thrusters, a new hydraulic steering system and the 120 hp Perkins diesel with three bladed prop, combine to provide easy manoeuvring in tight quarters. Her rig comprises a jib and staysail and easily handled mainsail. Self-tailing sheet winches make sail control easy.

She sleeps 10 people, including crew in four seperate accommodations. ON GOING CHARTER BUSINESS CAN BE PURCHASED WITH THIS VESSEL.
