Clean as a whistle Catana 431 Owner Version in California!

Balancing Act is one of those rare, highly sought after, owner version Catana 431's that are fully equipped, never chartered, and which have been cared for since day one by meticulous owners.

We bought her for her first California owner in France in 2009 from a private party, and he had her delivered on her own bottom to his home in Newport Beach, California. Since he sailed her lightly on the California coast and upgraded her consantly. He then decided to get a Catana 50 in 2014, at which time we sold Balancing Act to her current San Diego owners, who continued to sail her on the West Coast and Mexico.

Her current owners are equally as fastidious as her former owner. They upgraded her kitchen appliances, put on new counter-tops, and more or less just did everything and anything to her to make her show and perform superbly. I had the pleasure of going over her myself, and taking the pictures and video in this listing. She really is a very special Catana 431. She may well be the nicest one in the world right now.

Go over her spec, see the equipment, and appreciate the care Balancing Act has had and you know she's a special opportunity for a West Coast buyer or someone who wants to sail the South Pacific. Please call us to set up a showing. We prefer a few days advance notice to be sure she is in town and we can open her doors for you.

The 431 is a perfect world voyager for a couple or small family, a true blue water, dagger-boarded boat that can climb into the wind when required, no matter how rough the seas. Many of our customers have circumnavigated on these classic catamaran cruisers.
